1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing www.remotixis.com ("Platform"), employers ("Clients") and professionals ("Talent") agree to these legally binding terms.

2. Account Registration

Talent: Must provide accurate credentials, skills, and work history. Misrepresentation may lead to termination.
Clients: Verify company identity; unauthorized recruiters are prohibited.
Shared Responsibility: Keep login credentials secure.

3. Service Scope

For Talent:

Remotixis connects you with global remote opportunities but does not guarantee placement.
You retain the right to reject job offers.

For Clients:

We facilitate talent matching but do not employ Talent directly. Client-Talent relationships are governed by separate contracts.
Clients must comply with labor laws in their jurisdiction.

4. Fees & Payments

Party Fees

Talent No fees for job searches or placements.

Clients Placement fees (15-25% of annual salary) or subscription plans. All fees are non-refundable.

Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest.

5. Intellectual Property

Talent: Retain ownership of pre-existing work samples.
Clients: Own deliverables per independent contractor agreements.
Remotixis: All platform content (logos, UI) is our proprietary property.

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts for:
✖ Fraudulent activity
✖ Harassment or discrimination
✖ Non-payment (Clients)
✖ Violation of remote work policies (Talent)

7. Dispute Resolution

Mediation: Mandatory 30-day negotiation period.
Governing Law: Disputes resolved under [Kenyan/U.S./EU] law (chosen based on your HQ).
Class Action Waiver: Individual arbitration only.

8. Limitation of Liability

Remotixis is not liable for:

Client-Talent contract breaches
Technical issues beyond our control (e.g., internet outages)
Indirect damages (lost profits, data loss)

9. Amendments

We’ll notify users of material changes via email 30 days prior. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
