About the Role


• 1-2 years of experience in a service desk, help desk, or IT support role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory, and common end-user devices.
• Familiarity with remote support tools (such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or similar).
• Basic understanding of network fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Experience working with a ticketing system to manage incidents and requests.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection.
